TOPs Testing

We will be traveling to Mesquite, Tx for TOPs Testing this Saturday. Maddi will timed on a 20 meter sprint, 6ft rope climb (no legs), handstand hold, press handstands, Cast handstand, shoulder flexibility, vertical jump, right/left splits.

TOPs (Talent Opportunity Program), is a talent search and educational program for female gymnast ages 7-11 and their coaches. During the months of June and July gymnasts age 7-11 are evaluated on physical abilities at the state or regional level.
